商業財產保險保的是「你的房子本身」——當火災燒毀屋頂、暴風雨損壞外牆、管線爆裂淹壞地板時,保險公司賠償維修或重建費用。它和CGL保險是一組搭檔:CGL保第三方人身傷害,財產保險保物業本身的物理損壞。貸方幾乎百分之百要求你投保財產保險作為放款條件。保費是營運費用的重要組成部分,在佛羅里達、德州等災害頻繁地區尤其顯著。

How It Works
