Token liquidity pools solve the biggest challenge in tokenized real estate: the ability to exit your investment. Traditional real estate is illiquid — selling a property takes 30-90 days. Even tokenized properties on platforms with secondary markets often have thin order books where few buyers and sellers are active at any given time.
Liquidity pools use an automated market maker (AMM) model borrowed from decentralized finance (DeFi). How It Works

Over time, providers earn passive income from trading activity in addition to any rental distributions from the underlying property tokens they hold in the pool.
Rebalancing and Withdrawals: Liquidity providers can withdraw their share of the pool at any time, receiving both tokens and stablecoins proportional to their pool share. However, if the token price has changed significantly since deposit, they may experience impermanent loss — receiving a different ratio of assets than they deposited.
