What Is 入住检查(Move-In Inspection)?

入住检查是你在租客拿到钥匙那天和他们一起走一遍房子的过程。你逐间记录墙面、地板、固定设备和电器的状况,双方签字确认。这份记录确立了一个基准线——退租时对比这份文件就能判断哪些损坏是租客造成的。没有它,你在押金纠纷中几乎站不住脚。即使租客看上去很靠谱,每次都要做,没有例外。

How It Works
