How It Works

循环流程。 买入 → 改造 → 出租 → 再融资 → 重复。再融资环节是回收发生的节点——你通过套现再融资抽回资金,用于下一次购买。

资本周转速度。 完成周期越快,资金周转速度越高。用10万美元每年完成1个周期,一年回收10万美元。如果每年能完成2个周期,同样的钱一年回收20万美元——资金不变,部署次数翻倍。
